The Red Bird Team

The Red Bird Team is exclusively devoted to supplying, installing and servicing musical instruments to educational institutions. As a result, we offer impeccable quality and custom service. Over the past 12 years, Red Bird and it's team members have facilitated the placement of musical instruments and secured more funds for all levels of educational institutions than any other company in the United States.

William Bruno Santo, Managing Partner

Mr. Santo is an accomplished pianist, business executive and guest lecturer. He has lectured at music conferences (MACCC, WPPC, MTNA to name a few), donor dinners, and student reunions throughout the United States. Bruno has been invited by the MTNA and Music Teacher Magazine to contribute a series of articles dedicated to informing Music Professors about the qualities required for institutional pianos as well as understanding the refresh rates, and other issues vital to maintaining an up-to-date facility within their campus. His institutional work over the past 12 years and his 30 years of experience in the music and business industries enable him to lead the Red Bird Team of professionals. After personally witnessing the state of disrepair of musical instruments at academic institutions nationwide, he and his team visited hundreds of schools across the US and Canada to document the condition of existing fleets. This led to his realization that students would not be able to learn, understand and study the finer points of their chosen field of study due to the inferior state of almost every instrument evaluated. Equally concerning is the fact that professors and teachers are unable to teach the finer points of music to the very students paying for and expecting a quality music education because of the state of these inferior instruments. Bruno has made it his mission to understand the needs of each music department he works with and thus developed the mission and focus of Red Bird LLC.

Tammy K. Mair, Marketing

Tammy uses her creative and analytical mind to generate and produce our individualized institutional reports. Over the past 13 years, she has facilitated the advertising, marketing and logistics of all Red Bird on-site sales promotions in Washington, Oregon, California, Texas, Arizona, Utah, Florida and more. She is the main point of contact for our national team, coordinating each installation personally. Through planning and experience, her goal is to ensure that our piano refresh program proceeds with minimal interruption within the music department.

Catherine McQuilkin, Institutional Consultant

Catherine’s strengths lie in her effective leadership abilities, excellent communication skills and her ability to use her conceptual mind to create solutions. She has a successful record of accomplishment in non-profit management, fundraising, interagency collaboration and mediation. She spent 5 years as Program Director for a mid sized non profit, with an operating budget of over $1,000,000 as well as 7 years in community fundraising for a Marin County School District. Catherine’s experience in both the non-profit and education sectors provide insight into the challenges and intricacies of institutional systems – enabling her to know how to navigate them successfully. Her ability to hold a clear vision of the goals and objectives for your music department make it possible for her to implement the appropriate plan to secure new pianos and other musical instruments.

Juliy Divine, Institutional Selection Coordinator

Juliy manages our Texas Institutional Selection Center and is the liaison for all Texas area institutions. She has over 10 years experience in fundraising with non-profit organizations. Juliy has also been involved with the development of student recruitment campaigns targeted at the community college level. Her extensive background in account management and administration of outreach events brings unique talents to the Red Bird Team. Juliy is looking forward to enriching the quality of music education across Texas.

Glenna B. Santo, Multimedia Development

Glenna is a renowned curriculum and multimedia developer. Her unique talents are essential in making our presentations professional and powerful. More important are her years of experience within the educational system; Glenna provides valuable insights and ensures we follow the guidelines of administration.
